AI built around the service mission
Our mission is to connect everything in service so it can act as one.
So that every team, system, data source and decision can work together around the service mission.
Service organizations operate around individual functions. Enterprises are outcome-driven. Service, support, field, parts and warranty teams can each do their jobs right while the service mission still fails. Bruviti started out deploying AI on factory floors and in semiconductor fabs, where downtime directly affects revenue. Those environments taught us that service has to operate around the outcome.
We build production AI for that mission. We change the unit of optimization from the individual service function to the service outcome, bringing the teams, systems, data and decisions required to achieve it into one operating context. Our AI Operating Layer combines AI engineers, technology and operations into one deployment capability to build and run production AI at enterprise scale.
Production AI for mission-critical service.
