About Us
At Bruviti, we are singularly focused on helping businesses deliver better customer support through automated problem triage. We develop intelligent AI algorithms for support and service teams of OEMs, warranty providers, servicers, and parts distributors across numerous industries. Our customers benefit from faster call resolution, fewer truck rolls, optimized inventory management, and by offering an efficient omnichannel customer experience.
Bruviti makes sense of any OEM’s product and service data, instantly transforming it into service insights and process automation. We have pioneered an approach that solves a wide array of service problems using big-data analytics and machine-learning techniques. This technology is at the heart of our product offering: an AI-powered intelligent triage center for fault prediction, part prediction, case-based reasoning, and expert guidance.
Bruviti's Triage Center integrates and plays well with industry-leading CRM systems, data lakes, and other enterprise systems. The best part: we can get our customers up and running in just a few days, so that they can deliver better customer service from Day One.
Our leadership team is a group of Silicon Valley experts with vast experience with both startups and Fortune 100 companies for 25+ years. The founding team has successfully built companies from inception to successful exit, and has experience in software development in networking, IoT, big-data analytics, machine learning, and artificial intelligence. This team has successfully deployed solutions with Fortune 100 companies around the world.
Our mission is to be the premier AI-powered triage suite for OEMs, warranty providers and servicers of field serviceable equipment worldwide.
