About Us

At Bruviti, we are singularly focused on helping businesses deliver better customer support through automated problem triage. We develop intelligent AI algorithms for support and service teams of OEMs, warranty providers, servicers, and parts distributors across numerous industries. Our customers benefit from faster call resolution, fewer truck rolls, optimized inventory management, and by offering an efficient omnichannel customer experience.

Bruviti makes sense of any OEM's product and service data, instantly transforming it into service insights and process automation. We have pioneered an approach that solves a wide array of service problems using big-data analytics and machine-learning techniques.
