Bruviti talks up predictive service in the desert

Bruviti exhibited at the recent Field Service Palm Springs show, where 800 customer-service professionals from a range of industry sectors attended the event’s presentations, panels and workshops. They were also able to cruise the exhibit floor, where this year over 70 companies demonstrated their field-service solutions.

The 2019 show content organized into three tracks — and interestingly Bruviti has solutions for each of these areas:

  1. The People, Processes, and Technology to Remain Competitive in Tomorrow’s Evolving Service Environment
  2. Leveraging IoT, Big Data, and AI to Move Towards Preemptive Service and Achieve Customer Business Outcomes
  3. Increasing Revenue With New Service Offerings and Knowing What Your Customer Wants

One of the major themes of the conference was the impact of emerging technologies on field services. From augmented-reality training and repair assistance tools to leveraging IoT data to prepare for service calls, integrating emerging technology with existing capabilities drives a better customer experience.

From our discussions with attendees we learned that customer-service professionals are eager to understand how contemporary AI and machine-learning technologies could be employed to make their field service operations more predictive and efficient, and thereby improve their customers’ experience.

This year, we showcased our Predictive Service and Customer Experience solutions, and demonstrated how our technology can power predictive service and support, predictive parts requirements, smart service chatbots, and case-based reasoning applications. We’ll be following up with all attendees — so look out for an email from us. If you weren’t able to attend and would like to learn more about Bruviti, please contact us here.
